Switch Trackers

Each week, you will complete the online Switch Tracker for the week and use it to record your progress and points.  Here's how you do it:

1) Choose this week's goal. Each day you record your progress you will receive 1 point. 

2) Track what you DO, VIEW, or CHEW.

  • Earn 1 point for recording their minutes of activity, hours of television viewing, or servings of fruits and vegetables
  • Earn 1 point for meeting their goal 
  • Earn 1 point for meeting the national recommendations for minutes of activity (60 minutes), hours of television viewing (2 hours), and servings of fruits and vegetables (5 servings)

This makes for a possible 3 points per day. There are also an additional 4 points available for completing the bonus activities each week like the Activity Cards, Activity Jar, or Meal Cards.

3) Earn Switch Points. Add your total number of Switch Points from the week, and write it in the "SWITCH POINT TOTAL" box should you choose to keep track on the paper tracker. Remember to go online afterwards and copy those points into the online Switch Tracker.

  3. Week 7 Switch CHEW Tracker (March 16th - 22nd)
  4. Week 8 Switch YOU RULE Tracker (March 23rd - 29th)

Month #3

  3. Week 11 Switch CHEW Tracker (April 13th - 19th)
